What areas do you serve?

We cover most of Southern Indiana including Jeffersonville, New Albany, Clarksville, Charlestown, Sellersburg, Floyds Knobs, Georgetown, Corydon, Scottsburg, Borden. We can even refer you to our partner agents if you are looking outside of this area in Indiana or in the greater Louisville metro area. Can I work with my own Realtor?

In order to qualify for the HaiBRID Cash Back program or the Discounted Commission program, you must be represented by a HaiBRID Group agent or an agent we refer you to. However, we believe you should work with a real estate agent you are comfortable with and who provides excellent service and value. If you are already working with an agent who fits that description, then you would not qualify for these programs.

How do I qualify for the discounted commission?

There are two key components to qualify for the discounted commission program. First, you would need to have a signed Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement with aiRE Realty and be represented by a HaiBRID Group agent. This document spells out the terms of our representation of you as our client. Secondly, you would purchase one of the listings we represent. This combination allows us to offer you, the buyer, a commission discount that could potentially save you thousands. Full details available upon request.

When do I get my cash back?

Cash back rewards are generally paid within 7-10 business days after the completed closing and the funds clear HaiBRID’s account.

Can the HaiBRID Group help with financing?

The HaiBRID Group has a network of preferred local lenders who can help you find the mortgage options that will work best for you and your personal finances. Email us for a list of our preferred local lenders.
